My mom bought this bike new and it never got used. its been stored inside its for the last 20 years. at first it would not run. Ive replaced the battery, cdi box, carborator and spark plug. The bike runs great untill I open the throtle all the way when going 55. I realy think its electrcal because it doesnt bog it just hits dead spots like Im loosing spark sparaticly. my volts at idle are 14 and drop to about 13.7 when I rev the engine. Even with no load in nutral as I bring rpms up it will cut out . any help would be great I want to check the stator and the regulator but I dont know how.
