Decided to add some grease to the swingarm via the zerks.Used some moly & graphite grease...only received a couple of "pumps'" before the handle stopped moving...wouldn't take anymore I suppose. On my prior bike...xr650l...you knew when to stop adding grease when grease came out the end caps?.I hope you can't overfill these tw swingarms?.

Had my swing arm off this past winter when I was repainting the TW (2005). When I took the swingarm off I noticed how dry it was. When I put it back on, like you, it didn't take too many pumps before I met resistance and didn't want to over-do-it. One thing I did prior to reassembly of the swingarm, I pre-lubed the the swingarm shaft bolt with grease. I used regular grease though, nothing special.
