| i just ordered some tusk risers from rocky mountain...i also got there version of fat bars for an ATV. when i put them next to the stock bars they were only about an inch taller...i'm 6'4'', can i add the 1.25'' riser on top of the 7/8 to1''1/8 conversion riser?
would that be considered dangerous?
thanks for your input....i want this thing back together.... | |

| The dangerous part can really only be answered by an Engineer. Lots of us use the old style Tusk that retains the use of the 7/8" bar. At least one fellow expressed concern regarding the design. I think there was something mentioned about bolt shear. If I were a heavy, aggressive off=pavement rider, I would be inclined to look for a different design. Since I am neither big, nor aggressive, the Tusk adaptors have worked fine for me. Gerry | |
