From the Service Manual:
Old rectifier = 8A/120V
Old charging system = 12V 0.7A @ 3000rpm 15.5V 2.5A @ 9000rpm
New rectifier = 10A/200V
New charging system = specs not listed. :becca:
Along with a lot of little changes in electrical stuff (such as the turn signal relay now transistor type) I would think they would have increased the power a bit. ?!?!?
